CLIENT STORY


Irgens Development Partners, a respected regional leader in high-quality asset, property and facility management, selected us to rebrand their image by re-envisioning their dated logos and collateral in 2006. We created a powerful new brand identity and delivered a cohesive look that has increased name recognition and allows Irgens to compete on a national level. The streamlined proposal system we developed had an immediate impact on their business, resulting in a 90% reduction in the time spent by their in-house design department on creating new proposals. In 2012, we worked with their marketing director again to refresh and strengthen the brand by removing the “development partners” and putting the emphasis solely on the Irgens name. We also added bold colors to the “I" butterfly icon which reenergized the brand to be more dynamic, diversified and stronger. We launched the new look with a successful direct mail campaign and a series of ads.
